Sunset
A Film By Ron Fields Starring Rebekah Frimpong Cinematography By Joe Carabeo
Michelle is a woman facing a cancer diagnosis that has her re-examining her life, past regrets, loves, and desires. Michelle has been a runner her whole life, and she finds comfort in running away from the immensity of her troubles. In Sunset, you will see how her plight mimics the movement of the sun and how her release of running is a metaphor for her unwillingness to confront her personal issues.

Inspiration for Sunset
Based on the short screenplay by Rebekah Frimpong called "Run", the film "Sunset" was adapted and written by Ron Fields. "Run" is based on the true story of Rebekah's experience being confronted with a cancer diagnosis and her connection to running as a former track and field athlete. The synergy between Ron Fields and Rebekah Frimpong was re-ignited as they had not worked on a film together in over ten years. Sunset is a brilliant reunion of this film duo in collaboration with their long time friend and talented cinematographer Joe Carabeo as the Director of Photography.
